Guitar and me:)

Would Elvis Presley have created a sensation gyrating his hips behind a Steinway grand piano? Would Keith Richards have been viewed as an icon of rebellion blowing a clarinet? And how many kids have you seen playing “air violin” in front of their bedroom mirrors? There is no question that the guitar is the most coolest musical instrument of them all, goes the introduction in my guitar guide and i think IT IS THE COOLEST INSTRUMENT too:)..

Yeah yeah yeah.. So like I mentioned in one of my previous posts about my varied interests, Playing the guitar has always been one my of childhood dreams:) I was one of those kids trying the air guitar in front of my mirror as well. But guitar was something that I took up very late in my life. But again, I didn’t get to practice that well after a few months of learning sessions. Playing the instrument you love definitely gives you a peace of mind and satisfaction. The best thing you can look forward to when you are really bored:) I love playing the guitar and I’m hoping to get my hands on it very soon and get to play it everyday:)

This is a video of the song Glasgow Kiss by John Petrucci.. He is supposed to be one of the fastest players and is known for his high speed alternate picking. I think you should watch the video to get an idea of it.

I hope someday, in future, I’ll play the guitar this way too ;) ( Is it too much to ask for?:))
